We at the Learning Nest are committed to providing a safe, caring,
and stimulating environment for children that is based on
hands-on, imaginative, and fun activities.
At the Learning Nest, learning is play and play is learning.
All activities are designed to be engaging and to stimulate creativity and
age-appropriate cognitive development.
While activities are structured, they allow students to develop
their own interests and abilities.
Our goal is to foster a love of nature, music, art, and learning in order to enrich
the mind, the body, the heart, and the soul.

Lidiane Bertoli is a home daycare provider licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). EEC has approved and licensed The Learning Nest as an in-home family daycare facility (Massachusetts License #9048508; Program number P-245393 | 8034510). Lidiane opened the Learning Nest in the Fall of 2019.
Lidiane has completed training courses in safe sleep, child nutrition, medication administration, Pediatric CPR, first aid, and child development. She earned a college degree in Early Childhood Education in Brazil and has worked in early childhood education and care for 14 years.
She has earned the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, which is offered by the Council for Professional Recognition. The CDA recognizes and certifies the knowledge, skills and abilities of working professionals in the early childhood education field by using multiple methods of evaluation, including an exam, direct observations of practice, and a comprehensive professional portfolio.
Lidiane is the mother of a 3 year old girl. She is a native of Brazil, a Citizen of the United States, and is fluent in English and Portuguese.
